Bryan was my service advisor. It was a busy day, and I waited 3.5 hours for my 20,000 mile maintenance check. I’d texted twice and called his number asking for an ETA, with no response. I was aggravated, but I understood that it was an extra busy day. He did take 10% off on a couple of items off the bill, and the bill ended up being half of what was expected. Hopefully my issues with the tires are no more. I’ve had better experiences with Ira before.

Service area staff berated me in front of other customers about a service not included with service package. I had no issue with learning it was not covered but the manger had to retell how I was wrong and they were right in front a large amount of customers. My issue was not transparency it was how the topic had to be broadcast in front of a lot of customers with the end result telling me they were right and I was wrong. I feel like they listen to your concerns and don't do too much to pressure you into additional services. But I have a car that's is only a year old so IDK about older model cars.
If I could give 0 stars for my experience with this service I would. Very disapointed, regardless my waranty I am not going back to this place again. Comunication from this service is awfull, waited 2 entire days for the call or text if my car was done or not, called numerous times and still no answer until I showed up there in person, and all I got was big “ Im sorry”. Paid for the service that was suposably done to discover that problem was not even fixed. Definetly my last time at this service.

I was told I needed to replace timing cover gasket for $2,434.88.Went for two 2nd opinions at auto companies .Both said nothing wrong with timing gasket.I’ve been a customer for a few years.If I trusted your company I would of been cheated of $2434.88.How could this happen?
We found Rommel through DealerRater and his great reputation is spot-on. He was very responsive, provided great insight into the vehicle location and purchase process, as we were trying to find a "needle in a haystack" configuration of the Grand Highlander that wouldn't be easy to find. He managed to find and secure a vehicle for us in far less time than we expected, kept us updated throughout the build process, and was very accommodating when we were juggling schedules to actually get the deal done once the car came in. This was my first time having my vehicle serviced at Ira Toyota in Manchester. I am amazed at the level of professionalism and amount of information provided throughout the process. My advisor Jameson was great to deal with, and very knowledgeable. I drove an additional twenty miles and right past my local Toyota dealer (that I had been servicing my vehicles at for the past 6 years) to have my Highlander serviced, it was the right decision.

TWO HOURS for an Oil Change WITH an appointment is RIDICULOUS!! While oil is draining he can look at brakes. I can do it ALL in 20 minutes ….. including opening 6-8 oil containers / bottles individually! No hose fill like dealer uses. But I DO appreciate the price discount for holiday. Thank you!

I was there for 2 hrs. for a 10k service. They never texted to tell me my car was done. When I went to ask, it was complete, however the paperwork was put on the wrong desk, so the service writer didn’t know it was ready. I have no idea how long I would have sat there if I hadn’t checked. I got an “oops, sorry” and sent on my way.

The service manager Angelina, I believe was her name was very thorough knowledgeable and helped me get my service done. I asked a gentleman named Cleveland to assist me with my GPS that I was on sure of how to navigate. He spent a good half hour helping me and I greatly appreciated it. Very frustrating to bring in my car for a repair, be told it's fixed, get in my car, and the problem is absolutely not fixed. Clearly no one even bothered to check if the problem was resolved after the supposed repair.

Just bought a GR Corolla here from Rommel. Amazing experience! The one I had my eyes on ended up selling while I was traveling. Rommel worked through his day off to track another one down for me, then had transported it to the Manchester dealership so I could pick it up the next day. They gave me a great price for my trade-in as well. Absolutely wonderful experience. Rommel really took care of me and kept me updated and answered all my questions through the whole process. This place claims to be a no haggle dealership but then tries to charge you for these ridiculous fees. $500 to fill your tires with nitrogen, $600 for a geo-tag, $175 registration fee. Then they tried to low-ball us on our trade-in claiming that the brakes on our trade-in were rusty. It was all B.S. and we called their bluff so they eventually removed these charges as we held firm and we eventually got a good price on a car. They definitely try to take advantage of people who are not savvy car buyers.

Took my truck in for an oil change with a coupon. My Service Advisor was Bryan who did an amazing job, as always. My truck was checked out and I found my front brake pads were low. Once home, I found I had a coupon for the brake pads, called Bryan and set up an appointment in two weeks for the brake service and also to change the differential and transfer case oils. I'm confident of the service done today AND my next work to be performed in two weeks. I know that Bryan will keep me apprised of ...
The service advisors are friendly, knowledgeable and communicate with the customer periodically to keep everyone up to date on service needed, recommended, and progress being made once service is approved. If you need an explanation of the work, it’s given professionally and so you can understand it. The waiting room is comfortable and there’s a shuttle service available should you wish to wait from home. Ira Toyota of Manchester, NH is where I go for service.
