Got an oil change and tire rotation, I received a call after an hour or so telling me they recommended replacing my cabin air filter after looking at it which I declined. They ended up taking all of my belongings out of the glovebox and the air filter and just leaving it all out on the seat (the air filter was dirty and made a mess in my vehicle). Small details matter, especially when making a mess in someone else’s vehicle and not cleaning up afterwards.

Caught him flat out lying to me and would have cost me money if I didn't insist on seeing his numbers. Robert chose profit over future business. If you shop here, do not do business with Robert. You deserve better.

I just went to Ira Toyota for my first service on my new car. I called at the start of the week to make sure they would have my part. When I got there Friday, they no longer had the part. The day was met with a very nice rep before my car was taken for a check up
Had the tires rotated and balanced. Tire sensor light was on and I was told that I would get a quote the next day, to replace the antenna for the sensor and did not receive it. Light is still on.
The service performed on my truck has been top notch and it all starts with the customer service rep that I regularly work with Jameson Huntress. He is always welcoming and generally makes my service the only service that is important even though I know he is working with so many more individuals. He and the service team keep me informed through texts and phone calls. I could easily bring my vehicle somewhere else but keep bringing back to IRA primarily due to Jameson!

Went to IRA to look at the GR86 YUZU edition. I was waiting for another dealership to locate a standard. My husband wanted me to just check it out to ensure I really liked the color. Good experience on the sales sided. However, I have had so many issues with the service side. They have tried to charge me for service that they never completed as well as trying to sell service that was not needed. If they do an alignment, be sure that they show you the before and after report. They told me that I needed an alignment. They charged me $140. When I asked for the before and after report, they could not provide it. They then told me that it was a miscommunication and the alignment was never done or needed. Additionally, they replaced a radiator in one of my cars. Four months later they told me I needed a new radiator again. They did not realize they just replaced it four months earlier and tried to sell me another replacement for $1700. This just seems to be a pattern with this dealership. They can’t be trusted at all.
