Service Dept was exceptional.Alex Santiago service advisor was very kind,gracious and asked if I had AAA for a discount on my bill. Got a shuttle and they paid for an Uber,Also they kept me informed via text ,got a 40K checkup,all went well .Thank you to the lady who also did great customer service.I will continue to get my car serviced here. A customer of mine,who works for a collision center told me he does business with Ira Toyota and they are a good dealership.Not all are. They earned my trust.I also feel the bill was reasonable. Ryan was knowledgeable courteous and friendly. He also delivered the vehicle and color I chose in the time he promised. He is an asset to Ira. Sometimes people aren’t seen for what they accomplish but Ryan definitely showed he can get the job done. He is a valuable employee.

It was easy to schedule an appointment for the 10000-mile service on my 2025 Sienna. The vehicle was received at the scheduled time (no wait), and I was on my way home in 50 minutes. The service advisor was friendly and professional. I really appreciated the emailed video of the mechanic's inspection of the tires and brakes as part of Toyota's safety check. I have purchased 3 vehicles from IRA/Manchester since 2005, and had gotten regular service there. In all of those years, I have only had one unpleasant experience (with a sales manager in 2025).
