We are lucky to have John Prance as our service advisor. What we appreciate about his approach is, that he would help us plan out on high-ticket repairs that eventually we will need. Not only does he provide an estimate, but we can always plan when we are going to have the repairs done. Maintaining a car is not cheap but at least helping us plan makes it easier for us, and the reliability of Toyota on its parts and services. The 10% afternoon discount deals is also a big bonus to help us save on costs and help with our loyalty to the dealership.
