Jermaine, our service associate, is what made our experience great. In addition to the routine maintenance and oil change our car needed, several other services were noted—some were necessary, while some could wait. Jermaine took the time to look at and thoroughly explain each potential repair with us, so we were well informed and able to make the best choices. He also found details in our extended warranty verifying that an unexpected, expensive repair would be covered for us. That was hugely helpful, and we will be sure to request Jermaine’s help when we bring our car back soon for that repair.

Had a great experience buying my used 2019 Tundra. My salesman (Steve Sullivan) had both vehicles I wanted to look at ready and answered all my questions. Ryan was knowledgeable courteous and friendly. He also delivered the vehicle and color I chose in the time he promised. He is an asset to Ira. Sometimes people aren’t seen for what they accomplish but Ryan definitely showed he can get the job done. He is a valuable employee.
