Service Dept needs to have a sense of urgency for customers. 2 1/2 hours for a oil change is ridiculous. I just don’t get it. Then excuses that 45 cars were checked in. Why do you make appointments. My time is limited and valuable. Very inconsiderate

TWO HOURS for an Oil Change WITH an appointment is RIDICULOUS!! While oil is draining he can look at brakes. I can do it ALL in 20 minutes ….. including opening 6-8 oil containers / bottles individually! No hose fill like dealer uses. But I DO appreciate the price discount for holiday. Thank you!
My adviser was Matthew Cena and his guys working on my car were very nice to me. They did a great job.
I was there for 2 hrs. for a 10k service. They never texted to tell me my car was done. When I went to ask, it was complete, however the paperwork was put on the wrong desk, so the service writer didn’t know it was ready. I have no idea how long I would have sat there if I hadn’t checked. I got an “oops, sorry” and sent on my way.
They are always super helpful and always find the exact fit for the perfect car!

What a great experience. This dealership doesn't mess around. Good price, fantastic customer support. The service manager Angelina, I believe was her name was very thorough knowledgeable and helped me get my service done. I asked a gentleman named Cleveland to assist me with my GPS that I was on sure of how to navigate. He spent a good half hour helping me and I greatly appreciated it. I cannot say enough about that gentleman and his work ethic.
Service at Ira Toyota is thorough, comprehensive and very clearly concerned with the driver/passengers. Michael handles service appointments so very well - he seems to think of everything! Upon leaving my service appointment, I appreciate feeling safe and confident that my 2023 Camry will get the best mileage it can due to great care!
Franny got me into a new sienna hybrid so I could have peaceful and elegant transportation for my grand children. He really 'sold' my 4yo one day when we were in getting my Rav4 serviced. Very frustrating to bring in my car for a repair, be told it's fixed, get in my car, and the problem is absolutely not fixed. Clearly no one even bothered to check if the problem was resolved after the supposed repair.
I went to Ira Toyota of Manchester in search of a new car in 2023, but car dealerships were having a hard time keeping new cars in stock. The salesman, Keith Osowaki, was able to find me a used Corolla, fresh off a 2 year lease, that had very low mileage. I've been bringing it there for all of my maintenance. Just bought a GR Corolla here from Rommel. Amazing experience! The one I had my eyes on ended up selling while I was traveling. Rommel worked through his day off to track another one down for me, then had transported it to the Manchester dealership so I could pick it up the next day. They gave me a great price for my trade-in as well. Absolutely wonderful experience. Rommel really took care of me and kept me updated and answered all my questions through the whole process. Best experience I've had at a dealership!

This place claims to be a no haggle dealership but then tries to charge you for these ridiculous fees. $500 to fill your tires with nitrogen, $600 for a geo-tag, $175 registration fee. Then they tried to low-ball us on our trade-in claiming that the brakes on our trade-in were rusty. It was all B.S. and we called their bluff so they eventually removed these charges as we held firm and we eventually got a good price on a car. They definitely try to take advantage of people who are not savvy car buyers.

Took my truck in for an oil change with a coupon. My Service Advisor was Bryan who did an amazing job, as always. My truck was checked out and I found my front brake pads were low. Once home, I found I had a coupon for the brake pads, called Bryan and set up an appointment in two weeks for the brake service and also to change the differential and transfer case oils. I'm confident of the service done today AND my next work to be performed in two weeks. I know that Bryan will keep me apprised of ...
The service advisors are friendly, knowledgeable and communicate with the customer periodically to keep everyone up to date on service needed, recommended, and progress being made once service is approved. If you need an explanation of the work, it’s given professionally and so you can understand it. The waiting room is comfortable and there’s a shuttle service available should you wish to wait from home. Ira Toyota of Manchester, NH is where I go for service.

I showed up for my oil change appointment which I made the day before, informing the service representative that I’d be waiting for my car. He said no problem and advised that there is coffee and WiFi and that it shouldn’t take too long. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was told that the wait would be 2 and a half hours. Service stinks, everytime I go for an oil change I’m told I’ll be out of there in an hour. The last 2 times it was 3 hours and today was over 2 hours. I requested a shuttle knowing they are notorious for long wait times and was told shuttles were not available today. I literally hate having to schedule anything at this location but my service advisor was. Nice and understanding.

I went in to have the battery replaced. This is a 15 minute job which I've done myself in the past. I waited for over two hours before I got my vehicle back. Apparently they did an all points check which I never authorized and found additional work they said needed to be done. They said I needed to replace the engine coolant and replace the trailer arms. I declined the work. I went home and did some research. My owners manual says the engine coolant needs to be replaced at 100,000 miles; my vehicle has only 75,000 miles on it. The ...

I took my car for an alignment, they said the alignment was fine, but when I'm driving my steering wheel is misaligned to the right, when the car is going straight the steering wheel is misaligned, they made a scratch on the steering wheel, I don't know how.

If negative stars were an option that would be my rating for the service department. I brought up a concern multiple times. They did not resolve the issue, and called to say my car was ready, when they didn’t even do the work requested. I will never bring my car here or buy a car here again. Jason was awesome to work with. Never felt like he was trying to pressure me, but he was knowledgeable and thorough in his approach. Answered all my questions over the course of a few days as I was thinking things over, met with me to sign all the paperwork, and had the car running and warm with a big red bow for me to pick up the next day. I’ve purchased a handful of cars over the past 10 years or so and this was the best buying experience.
