About Union Coffee Co.
The coffee house was opened in 2013 with the goal of serving great coffee and fostering a sense of community. The dream was for people to be able to come together and enjoy good company, good vibes, and good talent.
One of the three current owners, Wookie Jones, has been with Union since the beginning. Sam Delay came on as a partner in 2016, while David Cianci came a year later. All three men share a passion for coffee and the business, and each of them brings his own particular area of skill and expertise.
If you’re enjoying one of the many excellent roasts at Union Coffee Co., odds are that you can trace it back to Sam. As a certified Q Arabica Grader (a big deal in the coffee world), he’s the resident coffee guru. David’s hands-on expertise in South American farming techniques and sustainable agriculture makes him the perfect one to manage the selection and roasting of the imported beans. Wookie has been in charge of branding, product and web design, and marketing.
Together with their team, they continue the standard of excellence and steer Union Coffee Co. towards a promising future.
The Union Coffee Experience
From the moment you walk in, the rustic charm of this coffee house will set you at ease. The friendly baristas are ready to provide you with excellent products and service. You can savor any of their tasty coffee blends, espressos, lattes, and other goodies while you’re relaxing or even working. It’s great for hanging out by yourself or with friends and meeting with colleagues, too. There are open mic and live music events every month. For your convenience, they also offer online and delivery options.

Opening Hours
The coffee house is open Sundays and Mondays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Tuesdays through Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
