The only complaint I have is that the dealer did NOT tell me about the "shop supplies" charge unti. AFTER the quoted price. He took it off but getting charged for something that was not approved is borderline bate and switch! I will be asking for how much "shop supplies" are before the service in the future.

Kristopher was very helpful and kind, however once we got into the finest room, the experience was less than enjoyable; the arrogance and attitude was off-putting. If it weren't for the experience with Kristopher, i would have ended the deal.
Had a appointment and still Took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and the never mentioned a cost for rotation and feel there and feel there is deception hiding price of rotation, I was quoted $79 for oil change and rotation came up with no cost amount when I made appointment on computer. On computer screen said two services scheduled and will cost $79. Took picture of appointment from computer screen show to service clerk and feel price was deceptive.

It was easy to schedule an appointment for the 10000-mile service on my 2025 Sienna. The vehicle was received at the scheduled time (no wait), and I was on my way home in 50 minutes. The service advisor was friendly and professional. I really appreciated the emailed video of the mechanic's inspection of the tires and brakes as part of Toyota's safety check. I have purchased 3 vehicles from IRA/Manchester since 2005, and had gotten regular service there. In all of those years, I have only had one unpleasant experience (with a sales manager in 2025).

He told me the oil wasn't due, but that a transmission fluid exchange and rear differential service were both due at 60,000 miles and had to be done together. He showed me one price on his screen before any work began: $229. I agreed and waited 2.5 hours. The register said $404.83. When I asked why, his answer was that's the price of the services.

Got an oil change and tire rotation, I received a call after an hour or so telling me they recommended replacing my cabin air filter after looking at it which I declined. They ended up taking all of my belongings out of the glovebox and the air filter and just leaving it all out on the seat (the air filter was dirty and made a mess in my vehicle). Small details matter, especially when making a mess in someone else’s vehicle and not cleaning up afterwards.
