It was a 5 start experience until I sat down with Robert the finance manager. Miserable experience. He was rude, condescending, and dishonest. Caught him flat out lying to me and would have cost me money if I didn't insist on seeing his numbers. Robert chose profit over future business. If you shop here, do not do business with Robert. You deserve better.
I prepaid for the service plan and I was disappointed that they didn’t wash or vaccuum my car.

I just went to Ira Toyota for my first service on my new car. I called at the start of the week to make sure they would have my part. When I got there Friday, they no longer had the part. I had to pay for a rental so they could keep my car, get the part the next AM and install it. When I picked it up and brought it home, my husband told me they installed the wrong size tow hitch. The day was met with a very nice rep before my car was taken for a check up
Had the tires rotated and balanced. Tire sensor light was on and I was told that I would get a quote the next day, to replace the antenna for the sensor and did not receive it. Light is still on.
The service performed on my truck has been top notch and it all starts with the customer service rep that I regularly work with Jameson Huntress. He is always welcoming and generally makes my service the only service that is important even though I know he is working with so many more individuals. He and the service team keep me informed through texts and phone calls. I could easily bring my vehicle somewhere else but keep bringing back to IRA primarily due to Jameson!

I met Emin Mujik for a test drive of a Toyota RAV4 2026. He doesn't know how to talk and behave with a customer. He is annoying like pig face and rude. He was behaving very badly. Mo was great from the start. He reached out via phone after I expressed interest in a vehicle and, coincidentally, called while I was visiting the dealership to look at the car. He ran right out, we took a quick test drive, and the paperwork portion was smooth and straightforward. Mo took extra time to ensure my insurance was set up appropriately and that I was good to go leaving the dealership. Ira is an incredible place to purchase a vehicle, and I’ll definitely be recommending both this dealership and Mo in the future!

Good experience on the sales sided. However, I have had so many issues with the service side. They have tried to charge me for service that they never completed as well as trying to sell service that was not needed. If they do an alignment, be sure that they show you the before and after report. They told me that I needed an alignment. They charged me $140.
