Amazingly Responsive

When I called late on a Thursday afternoon with a truck breakdown I was resigned to the fact that I was probably looking at the following week before my truck would be repaired. Imagine my surprise when they told me it could be looked at the following day(Friday). Having already determined what the problem was by looking up the DTC, the potential cost was in the thousands. However, unknown to me , this particular problem was covered by the factory as an inherent problem so therefore there was no charge. They also went the extra mile by going through the vehicle and checking everything from the tires to the belt to all the fluid levels. First time in a long time that I left without one dime out of pocket. A very pleasant experience with outstanding service.

The service is very professional. It is what you would expect from a large successful dealership-- fast, courteous. The waiting area has beeb set up to accommodate customers. tv, coffee. Of course, they offer rides to other locations where a customer might prefer to wait--shopping mall, office, and home.

On The Road Emergency

Leaving an appointment, I started my Prius and is sounder like a tractor. Figuring the worst, I called Ira service and spoke to my service rep, John Oliver. He said bring it right down so we can look at it. I had been sitting in their waiting area for 5 minutes when John came in to tell me it was a heat shield that had come loose and they could have me out in less than 30 minutes at a "very reasonable" cost . They did. I was thrilled that I could;d get such quick great quality service at a wonderful price.

This location has the best professionals in customer service. The person who I spoke over the phone is very nice and empathetic to my concerns. And the service advisor is very nice and professional. I would say this is the best Toyota location in New England. I drove 25 miles for the same reason.. even though I have one next door. Far better in customer service than Toyota of Nashua.

Cashier was very busy processing Work Order completions. The cashiers displayed excellent knowledge of customer service and Work Order processing details. The visit was quick and done in about an hour. We were greeted as we first arrived and had a 15K service, oil change and tire rotation. This was done in just over an hour which was quoted. This was part of my 2 years of maint. pkg.

I gave the rating that I gave above because as usual I was assisted by my favoriter technician Jenny-Lynn and as is always the case she guided my vehicle through the service process with consummate professionalism and she even located the house keys that I had unwittingly left on a chair in the waiting area and called me to inform me that she had them and would hold onto them until I came in to collect them which I did within an hour of her call. As they say, all it well that ends well.

Service for Recall of Brake Master Cylinder/Six Month Check

After I scheduled my appointment I received a call from Adam Fernald that my appointment was scheduled and that they had the required parts to service my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. I brought the truck in at the scheduled time and Adam did the pre inspection and filled out the forms for the service. The service was excellent and the wait time was quite pleasant in your waiting room (Should put closed captions on the TV's). The repairs were done quicker than expected. I am very impressed by this dealership, they were extremely accommodating of my many requests I made on a used car purchase. Requests such as: putting on new tires, taking out aftermarket additions to the car that I did not want, and making sure that the car passed their strict certification process. When they were not able to give me exactly what I needed on that car purchase they helped me get into another car at their store that is a perfect fit. They were very cognizant of how valuable my time was and how tight my schedule was. Jeff, Nina and Vinnie were the superstars.

So the battery died....

This was by far the best car buying experience ever! We reached a mutually agreed upon price via email before I got to the showroom. I half expected some "hidden" add on's once I got there - or that they would not be able to honor the pricing for some reason. That never happened. Fair deal, great salesman

I went into IRA with a prearranged deal in hand for a Toyota Highlander and all went well. The cars I wanted to choose from were off-site so we had to go for a short road trip to get to them. This gave me an opportunity for an extended test drive so that was well appreciated. When I finally made my decision the car was prepped, washed, filled with gas, and ready to go in a timely fashion. The finance part of the deal went smoothly as well, I did have prearranged financing so that helped. Regardless of that, I was in and out with the financial person with no hassle. I have never had a car serviced there so I can't comment on that. But considering the first two years of service are included in the price of the car (don't let them fool you, nothing is "free") I guess they have a captive audience at least.

It was a pleasure to work with Rommel Bradburn. I went to another dealership in Nashua, prior to Ira, and the sales manager tried to sell me something I was not interested in, after I specifically told him what I wanted. He tried to sell me a Rav 4, when I specifically told him I wanted a Camry, XSE. A friend recommended visiting Ira and speaking with Rommel. Install a rear window switch that was on back order. Brandon provided excellent customer service, again. (Your follow-up customer service review with a minimum of 25 words is stupid. It's unlikely I will fill out another customer service survey from a company who is so lacking for praise that you require a 25-word minimum.) Do yourself a favor and fire the genius that prevents a customers response from processing because of a 25-word minimum requirement.

Service was above average, staff was friendly and helpful. Toyota should be ashamed for their lack of concern toward loyal customers. Defective shaft issue should have been a recall item. My 2004 Highlander Limited had the same shaft defect as my current 2012 Highlander Limited. This issue has been well known to Toyota for many years. What has Toyota done for its loyal customers regarding this shaft issue? THEY GAVE US THE SHAFT!!! A BILL FOR $700. This will be a definite consideration for my next vehicle purchase. 5 stars for Ira staff. 0 stars for Toyota.

Tacoma frame replacement.

Ira Toyota did an awesome job replacing the frame on my Tacoma. It took about a week and they gave me a free loaner car for the duration. After a couple of minor tweaks the truck was better than it was when I purchased it. It needed a steering rack and they replaced it at cost with no labor charge while they were at it. Tyler was great seeing to it that all of my concerns were taken care of. Very happy with the job. If you are part of the campaign don't hesitate to have them evaluate your vehicle. They will take care of you!

Best dealership experience in my life

I have been buying and leasing vehicles from various dealerships for over twenty years. The previous experiences that I have had at dealerships have always been positive in nature but the experience that I had at Ira Toyota yesterday far exceeded all of those previous experiences by a long shot. The staff that I dealt with at the dealership was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The negotiation process was straightforward and I was not subjected to any pushy or underhanded sales tactics. Once again another 5 star experience today for a state inspection and 15k mile service. Thank you!!! I had a 2pm appt for an oil change and arrived at 1:55. I waited in my car in the bay for about 15 minutes before someone came to speak to me. The woman who assisted was Jenna or Jenny I believe and was absolutely wonderful. She was both professional and extremely friendly. I was given an accurate wait time for the service which is always a plus. The waiting area is great. Bought a Used Car

What ever happened to the days when you walked in, bought a used car and it was your issue if it ran right after you took it off the lot? This dealership makes sure they sell you a car that is going to work and well, and wants you to be covered. They offer a warranty (for a cost) on the car, but that was an over the top sales experience to me. However, I think it is a good idea as well for someone who would be using the car as their only car and everyday use. It's our third car and just used for day trips now and then. I don't know how they did it, but the 3 year old car looks brand new and even has that new car smell. Amazing!

Stressful issue resolved

I had to re-register my vehicle (first time for me) since my divorce. Had to get a new registration and plates. I had had inspection done on 9/11/18 at Ira. The month for inspection at the 9/11 date was 9/19 on sticker. Now I needed it changed to 3/19. I was able to get my issue corrected that afternoon even though I did not have an appointment. I had made two trips to City Hall for the registration. I was quite stressed out. I was so glad that I was able to get everything straightened out that same day. I have gone through so much since January 2018 and I have to say I was extremely grateful for the service time that was given to me to get everything resolved. Thanks Ira for doing a great job!

I have been buying Toyota's for over 23 years and the quality remains the same. I now own 3 Toyota's and I can't see buying anything else. Overall it was a great experience. My one suggestion would be to have a better intake process. I made an appt over the phone provided all of my vehicle details but my appointment and updated vehicle information was not saved so the technician had to update it all over again - seems a bit inefficient for both the service rep and customer. I called and asked if there was any way to get out of one lease early, and get a new one for the same make/model car.
