Best out of any Dealership I’ve ever been to

It was our sales girl that made the difference she came up that hill shook our hand made us feel important she never allowed us to walk do any of the vehicles we wanted to test drive She also escorted us to the new car lot near the airport taking most of the day knowing that we were not in the market to buy yet we just wanted to look she said it didn't matter what mattered was that I found What I wanted when I was ready she was not pushy but she wise consistent .. and knowledgeable . I asked her when her shift was over she said when I am finished making you happy .

Excellent Experience - again!

Purchased a car last year and dealt with Matt Lewis with Chazie (Charlie T) and they are the reason I returned this year to purchase a new RAV4. Excellent, knowledgeable people. Liridon Syla was also excellent and helpful in reviewing my after purchase options. I am recently retired from Amazon and fully understand the importance of customer satisfaction - Matt and Chazie are the best that I have seen and I would recommend them to anyone.....I appreciate their help and sincerity. I have bought 8 cars from this dealership. The experience I had last week is why. I had an unusual situation with my lease. I called and asked if there was any way to get out of one lease early, and get a new one for the same make/model car. By the time I got there after work, all the paperwork and numbers were put together and ready for me to choose my color for the car. I couldn't have asked for better! It's All In The Details

Not everyone enjoys the car shopping process/ experience. With the internet so much can be done from home. IRA was the name on the building but who sold me my sixth Toyota was our sales rep Adam Fernald. Adam was prepared with knowing Toyota's product line. His calm, patience and always professional approach made the process very easy. Adam's communication and follow up was impressive. Equally impressive was working with Bill Kinney. His calm, patient and funny approach on getting us familiar with the technology aspects of our vehicle were greatly appreciated. Adam's and Bill's goal was to sell us a car, but more importantly have us leave IRA happy. Price matters, but it's also all in the details you provide to gain customer loyalty. Love IRA Toyota

We've had nothing but great experiences at IRA Toyota. In June we were told by another shop that we needed new brakes. We went to IRA and our brakes were just fine. Then in early August, we noticed a strange vibration on the driver side - it started to get worse at high speed. So I took the car into IRA last Saturday, turned out that we just needed new tires on the front. Big thanks to Service Advisor, Bryan Bell - it figured it out immediately.

Vinney and Kimberly were great to deal with. I sent an email to Ira and Berlin with my request to purchase the 1794 edition. Kimberly replied within minutes and to date i have no reply from Betlin. Communication is key, more than ever in 2018. Great Service Experience!

Brought my 2017 Tacoma to IRA-Manchester for my 20K service and inspection. My service representative Dan Smith was extremely cooperative to work with. What struck me most about this appointment was that I had an issue with what appeared to be surface corrosion building up on my rims. I pointed this out to Dan. While the truck was being serviced, he did some investigation with the reconditioning department regarding my issue. It was found not to be corrosion but a build-up of some sort. Dan himself borrowed a solvent from the recon department and cleaned each of my 4 rims himself in the parking lot after my service appointment was complete. That extra mile says a lot about his attention to customer satisfaction. Nice job!

I find them to be very thorough.

I wish the waiting room were not so noisy. It's not relaxing because too much noise is coming from too many directions. Even if you escape to the computer room it is open at the top. I had to wait 3 hours plus, so I had a headache by the time I left.

Leasing a new vehicle

I worked with Adam Fernald in leasing a 2016 Camry Hybrid. Adam was excellent to work with. I was considering leasing another Camry XLE V6 or potentially a 4. I test drove both the 4 and the hybrid; there was not a VS6 on the lot. I had many questions relative to the workings of a Hybrid and Adam was superb in explaining the inner working and the history of these vehicles. He took time and effort to acquaint me with the different features and, had he not reminded me in the course of going over his check list, to check my cd player I would have left one of my favorites in the vehicle I was returning. His attention to detail and to the client is a credit to the dealership.

Wonderful sales staff, Matt Lewis was awesome! He was very acccomodating took the time to figure out where we were coming from financially and where we wanted to go. Was very patient as we test drove our selections (CR-V, HR-V and RAV-4). We ended up selecting the RAV-4 LE because of the safety features and for my wife the color! She's absolutely in love with the car, couldn't have asked for a more low key low pressure environment to by a car. I actually had a very good experience start to finish. Charlie the manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and the car was as I wanted. Anthony was very great at answering my questions and getting the sale written up and Dan was unbelievable!!!! Went right outside to my new car with me and showed me everything I needed to know to utilize all the new technology. Was very informative, able to answer all of my questions, and very patient. He explained every aspect of my new car and made sure I was all set, even gave me his card and said he could be reached anytime if I had any questions or couldn't figure something out. Much easier than trying to learn from a manual. I must say, I was very impressed by him. My last Toyota Rav 4 purchase from Acton was not a good one!! Chuck set me up with all the protection I need to keep my car like new and did a great job getting all the paperwork completed quickly, but still explaining every detail of it all so I could understand it, also very friendly. I was made to feel very comfortable and trusting with all of the staff. Everyone was very friendly and worked as a team helping each other out. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!! And I will be making the extra trip up to Manchester to have it serviced and I will be sending all of my clients, friends and family looking to purchase a car. Thank you. I have not had good experiences with past auto purchases, and This was my first brand new car that I bought by myself. 😁

Entune and Scout GPS link

My 2018 Toyota Camry is equipped with Entune and Scout GPS. NEITHER of these are working correctly. I travel between Florida and Maine, and I travel to vacation places and places of interest that are not easy to find. I have spoken with several Toyota owners who can not use their Scout GPS. I am very disappointed with my third Toyota! I will never buy from you again. If Toyota does not have a recall for this problem, I will consider a class action law suit.

I haven't shopped Ira Toyota in quite a few years, for reasons including a poor experience with a pushy salesman and not specifically needing a toyota... I then fell in love with a 2018 Tundra crew max, and this brought me back to Ira. I was met with assistance as soon as I arrived. This was nice as I already knew what I wanted, and was ready for a test drive. They explained the trim levels and features, different packages, exclusive colors, optional add ons- showing me I had almost settled for the wrong trim package, which looks quite different, honestly. They helped me find the options I wanted and located a truck for me. I got to drive it home 2 days later. I was very pleased with how professional everyone was when it came to negotiating a competitive final price on my purchase. This was a much better experience than my last visit several years ago. I got exactly what I wanted at Ira Toyota.

Today IRA Toyota of Manchester serviced my Toyota Tundra. The service my truck required at this time was an oil and filter change, front and rear drive shaft joints to be greased, and an inspection. I was concerned about the condition of the serpentine belt, based on the mileage. I met with Bryan Bell and informed him of the services I required. At this time I informed Bryan of the spacers above the skid plate and I would like an inspection of the serpentine belt. Bryan noted everything I informed him of on the service order and explained they would perform a multi point inspection which would include the serpentine belt. Bryan kept me informed of the progress on my Tundra and when the service was complete. Bryan was great to work with he displayed true professionalism. The certified technician D.Durfee while i did not meet him in person, he took great care of my Tundra. My Tundra was returned to me clean and all of the services were completed. The service was excellent, the dealership was clean, and the free coffee was excellent.

Josh Wilson was very knowledgeable.about the features of our new RAV 4 Platinum. The price was as advertised. We used Consumer Reports to obtain offers from IRA and Toyota of Nashua. Both came back at rates competitive with the quote we obtained from Carmax's new Toyota vehicle pricing, and fell in the "normal" range from TrueCar.. Our preferred configuration was not available on the Manchester IRA lot, but they obtained it a day later and had it prepped and ready to go the next day. We purchased the extended vehicle warranty because we buy our cars and keep them for a long time. This car replaces a 2004. The warranty extension was priced the same as the Toyota extensions that used to be available by Internet purchase before Toyota shut down that venue. We were very satisfied with Jeff Kleiner, Sales Manager, as well. The whole team was knowledgeable and open about the sales process.

Walked in, met Yuriy and told him exactly what i was looking for. He found one, I drove it and we sat and talked numbers. I told him I didn't want to do the whole car salesperson dance and go through the entire silly script they are taught to follow. He respected that and got right to a number that was within range. Walked in having done my homework on the Rav4 I wanted to lease. Met a Salesman, Yuiry who I told exactly what I wanted and how I didn't want to be there very long. Our experience from the outset was very positive. We worked primarily with Bill Kinney, Elizabeth Welch and Peter Plansky. We literally agreed upon a sales price within minutes after arriving at IRA. The Highlander we purchased needed to be ordered and would take eight weeks to be delivered. Elizabeth Welch, the sales associate was outstanding to work with throughout the process. Dan Levesque was very great to work with. We ran the numbers both ways either buying outright or Leasing. He made arrangements for me to take the vehicle overnight so I could judge the headlights. I was purchasing a used vehicle, so it wasn't like they were catering to me because I was dropping a ton of money on a new car. They still treated me as though I were. I went to your dealership to lease a car for my son in his last semester of college. Dealt with Kim on the internet to set up a basic deal which was excellent, got the price and deal I wanted. Went in later that day to secure deal which went ultra smooth and saw a truck I liked. Needless to say after the good deal I struck for my son the team of Matt and your sales manager Brian managed to make a deal I couldn't refuse for the f150. So to summarize went in to lease a single car at 230 pm and left with two cars at 9pm. Great dealership!

Yes I'd rather have a root canal than buy a new car. Usually. Because the experience is usually so painful. Completely the opposite at IRA. I was given up-front internet pricing before arriving which alleviated all the typical back and forth. Our salesman, Anton, was professional, knowledgeable about the products, respectful of our time, and easy to deal with. We leased a RAV4 and were so pleased with the process we returned the following week with my son and he leased one as well. Great job by your internet sales coordinator, Anton, and the whole team.

I can't even begin to tell you how fabulous Ira of Manchester was. Our salesman was the absolute best. We tried another Toyota dealer in Nashua and the service was absolutely horrible, so when we walked in to Ira we were a bit bitter but the salesman was the greatest. We got there a little early at 10:45 am and they didn't open until 11....he came out and greeted us before they even opened! He took us for a test drive and he drove first which was great because he could show us all the details of the truck. He went over every inch of the vehicle and even helped us get the price we wanted. Ira was great from the salesman to the finance dept. If I could give it more stars I would. I would definitely go back again.

Let me preface my review by saying that I always dread shopping for cars. I cannot stand the old "let me talk to my manager" routine and I hate feeling like I'm being pressured into a deal. HOWEVER, my car buying experience at Ira was nothing like that. Elizabeth listened to everything I wanted from my vehicle and worked hard to make sure that I got it. Any time she suggested something that I declined, she took the feedback and moved on, never pressuring me to "cave in" on features, payments, or anything else. She has been great about following up w/ me to make sure I'm satisfied and even checked in to make sure my heated seat installation went off without a hitch. Peter was great explaining all the paperwork that I needed to sign. Again, when he offered coverage or options that I declined, he did not push or try to pressure me into anything. James, in the Service Department, was great when I went in for my heated seat installation. He even checked in w/ me, when I was still waiting for my ride, to make sure that I hadn't been forgotten and didn't need a ride home. Overall, I can't say enough good things about my experience thus far.
