Loving my new car!

Everybody at Ira Toyota were great to work with. Friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I was referred by a friend/coworker and after visiting a different Toyota dealership and leaving unhappy and disappointed in how I was treated, I headed to Ira and I'm so glad I did! I am so happy with my new Rav4 and it's all thanks to the great staff at Ira! Also I want to thank Mike Fiala and Chuck Goodwin. They were amazing and I can't say enough good things about them and their service! I would recommend Ira to any of my friends in the market for a new vehicle. 100,000 service and four year anniversary

I was accommodated on time. Just because the person a set up with wasn't available didn't mean I had to wait, someone else stepped in to help. I was informed of service details and pricing. My vehicle was washed and vacuumed!!

The best experience ever buying a new vehicle!

I was referred to Vinnie Capobianco. He listened to what I wanted, selected the right vehicle and offered to set an appointment on his day off. I visited the dealership that night and everything was done in two hours and I had my new highlander that night. I went in needing help getting rid of a LOT of negative equity I had in a previously purchased car. ( through a different dealer) they listened to everything I had to say. At my last routine maintenance visit I asked Joe DeLoSantos all about snow tires. I thought I should get them, and he helped confirm that and talked about my options. I was impressed by his thoroughness and willingness to take the time I needed to be sure I was making the right choice. I went out of my way to arrange the time with him to have the tires put on. When I came in to get the tires put on I asked for him and was again grateful for excellent service.

Appointment was easy to schedule online. Easy drop off with a drive in. I can select who I would like to work with in the service department. Tyler is awesome. The time period, mileage maximum and pricing were easily worked out and now my truck is protected an additional 8 yrs. I'm happy with the Tacoma and know I'll keep it, so upgrading to platinum coverage makes good sense. Peter P made this solution easy to work through.

Tacoma frame replacement.

Ira Toyota did an awesome job replacing the frame on my Tacoma. It took about a week and they gave me a free loaner car for the duration. After a couple of minor tweaks the truck was better than it was when I purchased it. It needed a steering rack and they replaced it at cost with no labor charge while they were at it. Tyler was great seeing to it that all of my concerns were taken care of. Very happy with the job. If you are part of the campaign don't hesitate to have them evaluate your vehicle. They will take care of you!

Best dealership experience in my life

I have been buying and leasing vehicles from various dealerships for over twenty years. The previous experiences that I have had at dealerships have always been positive in nature but the experience that I had at Ira Toyota yesterday far exceeded all of those previous experiences by a long shot. The staff that I dealt with at the dealership was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The negotiation process was straightforward and I was not subjected to any pushy or underhanded sales tactics. I was treated with the utmost respect and fairness throughout the entire process which was executed with an amazing clockwork-like efficiency. Watching the various staff members work together to complete the process from start to finish in such a timely manner was an impressive sight to behold. One thing that was guaranteed for certain as a result of my experience yesterday is that I will definitely be returning to Ira Toyota for all of my future vehicle transactions.

Once again another 5 star experience today for a state inspection and 15k mile service. Thank you!!! I had a 2pm appt for an oil change and arrived at 1:55. I waited in my car in the bay for about 15 minutes before someone came to speak to me. The woman who assisted was Jenna or Jenny I believe and was absolutely wonderful. She was both professional and extremely friendly. I was given an accurate wait time for the service which is always a plus. The waiting area is great. There is comfortable seating along with snacks and beverages. The experience with the service agent was what made this review 5 stars instead of 4 so thank you!

Bought a Used Car

What ever happened to the days when you walked in, bought a used car and it was your issue if it ran right after you took it off the lot? This dealership makes sure they sell you a car that is going to work and well, and wants you to be covered. They offer a warranty (for a cost) on the car, but that was an over the top sales experience to me. However, I think it is a good idea as well for someone who would be using the car as their only car and everyday use. It's our third car and just used for day trips now and then. I don't know how they did it, but the 3 year old car looks brand new and even has that new car smell. Amazing!

I went in to test drive and was asked if I was planning on buying today and my reply was I doubt you can sell me a car today. I had previously made my mind up that I wanted another Tacoma as I have had 2 in the past but wanted to wait a few more weeks. Stressful issue resolved

I had to re-register my vehicle (first time for me) since my divorce. Had to get a new registration and plates. I had had inspection done on 9/11/18 at Ira. The month for inspection at the 9/11 date was 9/19 on sticker. Now I needed it changed to 3/19. I was able to get my issue corrected that afternoon even though I did not have an appointment. I had made two trips to City Hall for the registration. I was quite stressed out. I was so glad that I was able to get everything straightened out that same day. I have gone through so much since January 2018 and I have to say I was extremely grateful for the service time that was given to me to get everything resolved. Thanks Ira for doing a great job!

I have been buying Toyota's for over 23 years and the quality remains the same. I now own 3 Toyota's and I can't see buying anything else. I had a Camry for 13 years, an Avalon for 12 years(still own), a Tacoma for 6 years(still own) and now a Rav 4. What is truly remarkable is that the negotiation on the price took about 15-20 minutes and I am always satisfied with the end result. Plus, a loyalty rebate from Toyota was an added and unexpected bonus.

Overall it was a great experience. My one suggestion would be to have a better intake process. I made an appt over the phone provided all of my vehicle details but my appointment and updated vehicle information was not saved so the technician had to update it all over again - seems a bit inefficient for both the service rep and customer. Brought my 2017 Tacoma to IRA-Manchester for my 20K service and inspection. My service representative Dan Smith was extremely cooperative to work with. What struck me most about this appointment was that I had an issue with what appeared to be surface corrosion building up on my rims. I pointed this out to Dan. While the truck was being serviced, he did some investigation with the reconditioning department regarding my issue. It was found not to be corrosion but a build-up of some sort. Dan himself borrowed a solvent from the recon department and cleaned each of my 4 rims himself in the parking lot after my service appointment was complete. That extra mile says a lot about his attention to customer satisfaction. Nice job!

Leasing a new vehicle

I worked with Adam Fernald in leasing a 2016 Camry Hybrid. Adam was excellent to work with. I was considering leasing another Camry XLE V6 or potentially a 4. I test drove both the 4 and the hybrid; there was not a VS6 on the lot. I had many questions relative to the workings of a Hybrid and Adam was superb in explaining the inner working and the history of these vehicles. He took time and effort to acquaint me with the different features and, had he not reminded me in the course of going over his check list, to check my cd player I would have left one of my favorites in the vehicle I was returning. His attention to detail and to the client is a credit to the dealership.

I actually had a very good experience start to finish. Charlie the manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and the car was as I wanted. Anthony was very great at answering my questions and getting the sale written up and Dan was unbelievable!!!! Went right outside to my new car with me and showed me everything I needed to know to utilize all the new technology. Was very informative, able to answer all of my questions, and very patient. He explained every aspect of my new car and made sure I was all set, even gave me his card and said he could be reached anytime if I had any questions or couldn't figure something out. Much easier than trying to learn from a manual. I must say, I was very impressed by him. My last Toyota Rav 4 purchase from Acton was not a good one!! Chuck set me up with all the protection I need to keep my car like new and did a great job getting all the paperwork completed quickly, but still explaining every detail of it all so I could understand it, also very friendly. I was made to feel very comfortable and trusting with all of the staff. Everyone was very friendly and worked as a team helping each other out. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!! And I will be making the extra trip up to Manchester to have it serviced and I will be sending all of my clients, friends and family looking to purchase a car. Thank you. Technician figured out the problem My only complaint is that with a 10:15 app I could only get my car at after 4pm. If there are lots of cars to be serviced then don't schedule so many. Entune and Scout GPS link

My 2018 Toyota Camry is equipped with Entune and Scout GPS. NEITHER of these are working correctly. I travel between Florida and Maine, and I travel to vacation places and places of interest that are not easy to find. I have spoken with several Toyota owners who can not use their Scout GPS. I am very disappointed with my third Toyota! I will never buy from you again. If Toyota does not have a recall for this problem, I will consider a class action law suit.

I haven't shopped Ira Toyota in quite a few years, for reasons including a poor experience with a pushy salesman and not specifically needing a toyota... I then fell in love with a 2018 Tundra crew max, and this brought me back to Ira. I was met with assistance as soon as I arrived. This was nice as I already knew what I wanted, and was ready for a test drive. They explained the trim levels and features, different packages, exclusive colors, optional add ons- showing me I had almost settled for the wrong trim package, which looks quite different, honestly. They helped me find the options I wanted and located a truck for me. I got to drive it home 2 days later. I was very pleased with how professional everyone was when it came to negotiating a competitive final price on my purchase. This was a much better experience than my last visit several years ago. I got exactly what I wanted at Ira Toyota.

15 MINUTES, in and out

Nothing ever takes 15 minutes when you have to get something done on your car, right? Especially when you pull into the service bays and there are 5 cars in front of you. Especially when after they get you in there is like one open seat in the waiting area. I walked into the dealership not knowing if my trade had enough equity to drive home in a RAV4. Dan Levesque was super awesome. No pressure, highly knowledgeable, and spent all the time I needed to make a decision and, yes, drive home in that RAV4! He took the time to explain all of the different features in the RAV and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with all of the controls before I drove away. Really good guy! Today IRA Toyota of Manchester serviced my Toyota Tundra. The service my truck required at this time was an oil and filter change, front and rear drive shaft joints to be greased, and an inspection. I was concerned about the condition of the serpentine belt, based on the mileage. I met with Bryan Bell and informed him of the services I required. At this time I informed Bryan of the spacers above the skid plate and I would like an inspection of the serpentine belt. Bryan noted everything I informed him of on the service order and explained they would perform a multi point inspection which would include the serpentine belt. Bryan kept me informed of the progress on my Tundra and when the service was complete. Bryan was great to work with he displayed true professionalism. The certified technician D.Durfee while i did not meet him in person, he took great care of my Tundra. My Tundra was returned to me clean and all of the services were completed. The service was excellent, the dealership was clean, and the free coffee was excellent.

Josh Wilson was very knowledgeable.about the features of our new RAV 4 Platinum. The price was as advertised. We used Consumer Reports to obtain offers from IRA and Toyota of Nashua. Both came back at rates competitive with the quote we obtained from Carmax's new Toyota vehicle pricing, and fell in the "normal" range from TrueCar.. Our preferred configuration was not available on the Manchester IRA lot, but they obtained it a day later and had it prepped and ready to go the next day. We purchased the extended vehicle warranty because we buy our cars and keep them for a long time. This car replaces a 2004. The warranty extension was priced the same as the Toyota extensions that used to be available by Internet purchase before Toyota shut down that venue. We were very satisfied with Jeff Kleiner, Sales Manager, as well. The whole team was knowledgeable and open about the sales process.

I live about 40 minutes away from the dealership, but I had heard good things about them and no one else could work a deal for me so I thought I’d give it a shot.. I met with Sean, who was really transparent andnuofront about everything. He didn’t set unrealistic expectations like all the other dealerships did. And he didn’t try to sell me anything I don’t need. He asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for and went out of his way to make sure I got it. Though I scheduled a 1045 service appt. I was 3 cars deep in line outside of the service bay and still out there at 1104. My service tech acknowledged the issue and was apologetic for the delay and seemed fully understanding of time being important. He was very attentive to why I was there and suggested a service which accepted and was very happy with the price and time it took to complete. Additionally during my wait time I asked Jeff Kleiner for help using a desktop to access my work email. He set me up and was great. Overall great service on all counts.

Called Toyota dealer where I picked up the 2018 Camry to ask for a “walk-in” 10,000 mile oil change. Response: “Sorry Sir, we only service by appointment only and we don't have any today.” Called Ira Toyota and made the same request of them, a walk-in 10,000 mile service. Response: “Sure, stop in any time today and we'll expedite that service for you.” Ira's check-in process is what I would call “BMW like”. Very easy and efficient process. Went in to the waiting area, had a snack and drink, checked a few emails, and the service was completed before I knew it.

2015 used Sienna in for a few items over a month after purchased. They were thorough, great customer service, honest that one of the issues was caused by them. My entire experience buying from Ira was excellent. After an experience with Nashua Toyota, I had a preconceived notion that Toyota dealers were unpleasant to deal with. Walked in having done my homework on the Rav4 I wanted to lease. Met a Salesman, Yuiry who I told exactly what I wanted and how I didn't want to be there very long. Quick drive got a quote and it was very competitive. Finished car shopping in a couple days, called Yuiry back and told him price I was hoping for and they came within dollars. I bought from them because they did not try to drag out the process with all the car sales tricks making you wait and reading the generic script. They were direct, honest, and were motivated to make a deal that was fair to both sides. ZERO pressure from anyone at IRA. Pick up experience and paperwork was just as smooth.
