long distance sale

My local dealers could not find me a Toyota Highlander LE Hybrid so I searched until I found one at IRA Toyota of Manchester. From the first time I made contact they treated me as a serious customer even though I was from out of state. I worked with Bill Mazerall in sales and Bel Richiez in financing and they smoothed out all of the bumps to make a very trouble free transaction. Easy purchase due to great salesman who wasn't pushy

I knew what I wanted when I went into IRA. The salesman (who I approached) was pleasant, not pushy and very respectful not only in demeanor but also of what I wanted to buy. There was one other person there before me who was interested in the vehicle as well as another. I asked if I could at least take a ride knowing that the other person had first dibs. I did so, in order that I didn't have to wait around all day. Anyhow, happy with the purchase. It was exactly what we wanted here and thankful I got a good salesman. They can make or break a deal. Ira Toyota of Manchester is a great place to have your car serviced. My 2017 Toyota Rav4 was in for routine service today and I was out in less than an hour. I made an appointment online the day before and they were ready for me when I got there. Service rep, Adam was very pleasant to work with. Best service experience ever

This is the best service experience that I have had so far at IRA. I was greeted immediately, the service rep followed shortly after and explained the process in detail. While my vehicle was being serviced, the rep texted it's progress, there was no wondering how long until completion and my vehicle was finished within the estimated time. Good job all around! Also spoke to Sales Rep Gerry Warcewicz and he answered some questions I had about the Rav 4 and Highlander for future consideration.

I purchased my Rav 4 new at this location and have only used Ira for any maintenance needs. The car has never given me any issues because of me always having the dealer service it during the suggested maintenance cycles. My only issue is that I miss the enclosed computer room. I use to be able to work remotely and without distraction while having my car serviced. When talking to coworkers I use to tell them about the room and how it was a perk to getting their car serviced at this location. Working remotely saved me from having to use vacation time off to get my car serviced. Please bring it back.

Buying a new car has in the past not always been a pleasant experience for me but I must say my recent experience at IRA Toyota was much different in a positive way. Sebastian the sales associate was friendly, helpful, and did his best to find just what we wanted with no pressure or hard sell. The sales manager was also friendly and willing to listen to our requirements until a satisfactory trade was possible. State Safety Inspection

I was advised that a problem with the front brakes was discovered during the inspection. The service advisor, Tyler Cotter, took me into the garage to see the issue while the car was still on the lift. He demonstrated the problem and listed some possible solutions which could be identified only once the brakes were disassembled for a detailed inspection. He gave me pricing for the various solutions.

I had an awesome experience on Saturday. I had called the day of to make an appointment to go in and purchase a car. I spoke to Wayne on the phone. He then set up an appointment for us to meet that morning. From the moment I walked into Toyota I was greeted and treated amazing. Wayne was so attentive to my needs and made sure we found the perfect car. Wayne took his time and did not make me feel like I was being rushed in my appointment. I did end up financing a car and ended up waiting awhile because all my information had to be processed to the banks. Even though I was waiting a long time, Wayne continued to have conversations with me and made me feel comfortable. He was 10/10 Fantastic and I highly recommend booking your appointment with him. I also worked with Dave in Finance who was great as well. Dave was hilarious and made sure he broke down all Finance aspects for me. He was wonderful. Overall, I 1000% recommend buying from Ira Toyota of Manchester they are honest, funny and know what they are talking about. Considering this was my first time buying a car I couldn't be anymore happy with the service I received. I will for sure be back years to come and will for sure recommend them to friends.

Brought my 2012 Tacoma in for a rattling noise(I didn't make an appointment) and I was seen right away. Within 30 minutes or so my truck was ready AT NO CHARGE! !The service rep said it was a loose heat shield on the catalytic converter which happens all the time on Tacomas. My service advisor (who was basically new) Jason was absolutely incredible. I am beyond grateful for the wonderful work and service I always receive when I come to the dealership! He was very kind and honest and that is something I admire a lot when it comes to dealerships! I went in for a standard 40,000 mile maintenance on my Corolla. Unfortunately, my bumper was popping out a bit due to a broken clip. I asked for a quote, expecting a price gouge (bumpers or clips aren't cheap). Fortunately, the service department is very honest here! They managed to fix my bumper for $4 and it is a very good and sturdy repair that you can't notice. Thank you to Jason and the service team at Ira Toyota. I love this dealership and will always bring my vehicle here!

I stopped at the Manchester dealership to do a test drive only, I knew I would be buying a new RAV4 some day, but it was definitely not going to be today, I just needed to be sure I liked the way the new RAVs drove, and probably next year I would be ready to purchase one. That being said, I walked out the door that very day with a new Toyota RAV4 Adventure and it was all because of the experience with Bill Mazerall, he was persistent without being pushy and that mixed with managements ability to meet at our price point had me driving a new vehicle home that day. I've purchased several new cars in my life and this by far was the easiest and best experience.

I do wish they would wash the vehicle, as I've encountered at other dealers.. Again, my service advisor Brandon did a great job setting up the service, communicating the result and facilitating a great service experience. I love my Toyota Highlander, and feel the purchase and service experience from Ira Toyota is excellent. After some communications issues, my resulting experience was very favorable. Since moving to New Hampshire, I have brought my vehicle to Ira Toyota of Manchester. I always make my appointment with my same service advisor who is the main reason I keep returning. Service is done in a timely manner. I am kept informed and the facility itself provides a great waiting area with fresh delicious coffee and morning snack items. My lease is up in the next few months and because of my service experience, Ira Toyota of Manchester will be the first dealership I will contact when I start looking for my next car. As far as I am concerned, , I cannot see one area in which they need to improve.

I'm not one to use the word excellent, but that is the only word I can use to describe my experience with the Ira dealership. My family and I came to test drive a mini van and ended up purchasing one! Our salesperson, was incredibly helpful, kind and patient. He worked with us for hours (we all know buying a car takes time), and never made us feel pressured or rushed. He even provided coloring books and crayons for my daughters to help keep them occupied while the adults were talking. Together we found the van we wanted which has everything we need and nothing we don't, at a price we could afford. We also had a great experience with the financing team, and the service department. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Our new mini van is the second vehicle we have purchased from Ira Toyota and I would highly recommend then to anyone.

Airbag Recall (Replacement)

From the moment I called to inquire about the Takata Airbag recall on my 2010 Toyota Corolla, I was given the parts dept to make sure the parts were available and then transferred over to the service dept to make an appointment. I spoke with Tyler Cotter, who was wonderful and accommodating. I live in Gloucester, MA and could not get any satisfaction at IRA Danvers, MA. Each time I called IRA Danvers, they never had the parts, and the one time they claimed they did, I made an appt only to be called the next day to say they don't have the parts. I decided to call IRA Manchester and Tyler Cotter set me up with a Saturday appt (my parents live in Manchester, so it was convenient for them to pick me up and drop me off at the dealership) and kept me posted every step of the way. Thank you, Tyler for a great experience and friendly and professional appt. I give Tyler Cotter 10+ stars!

The sales and finance department were very polite and courteous. They also showed that they know there product and how to market it. Our sales consultant; Pedro Sanabria was very knowledgeable in the new vehicle we wanted to purchase and went the extra mile to see that we got the deal "we" wanted. It's also important to note that the sales department has veteran leadership professionals like Bill Kinney backing them up to support their sales staff with the information and guidance needed to make a great buying experience for the customer. If you are looking to purchase a new Toyota vehicle, "go see them" and talk and listen and learn and hopefully make the deal you want and need.

Smooth and painless purchase

I arrived with no intention of purchasing a vehicle. I knew I would eventually be buying a new RAV4 but it wasn't going to be today, I only intended to make sure I liked the way the newly designed RAV4 drove compared to my 2006 RAV4. I was greeted by Bill Mazerall when I arrived and explained what I was looking to do. Bill was great, and after test driving a couple of RAV's I found myself considering exactly what I knew I wasn't there to do, buy a new car. Bill is great at what he does and his interest in making the sale without being too pushy kept me engaged. I have had previous experiences at other dealerships that were not positive simply due to my interactions with their sales people; that was not the case with Bill(and David Shafman in the financing department was excellent too) who worked hard to earn my business and it worked. My experience at IRA was excellent. This was primarily attributable to my Salesman, Michael Rivera. Michael was able to answer to my many questions about the car I was considering to purchase. I have to say that he was as helpful, friendly and diligent a salesperson as I have ever dealt with. I had many questions regarding a 2020 Corolla Hybrid, a car that is in its first model year, and he already knew or quickly researched the answers to all. I purchased a used vehicle in March, and was informed the day I picked up vehicle that previous owner never turned over spare key. I worked with Matt Lewis, who was the salesperson I dealt with to purchase the vehicle. Although it took over a month from when I bought vehicle, Matt was able to have ekeys respond to my residence and made a spare key for the vehicle, which was billed to Ira Toyota. I heard an intermittent squeal on the left front, thought it may be the brakes, squeal only happened a few times then I did not hear it. I had the brakes for a while and thought it was them. Brought it in the next day, I explained that I had not heard it that day but wanted to be sure it was nothing. The took it in and checked out the brakes, wheel bearings and pulleys and was told all looked very good and they test drove it with no squeal... That was yesterday and heard no sound and also no squeal today.. Ok, at least I had a pro look at it and tell me all looked good and my concerns went away.. Ira Toyota are the only people that touches my truck and I have had very good luck there and trust them... Best of all, they know how to treat their customers, cuz this visit didn't cost me a dime, thank you Ira for great customer service, this is the type of service that will bring me back and purchase another Toyota vehicle..

I had an appointment for my RAV4's 10K mile service at 12:45pm on a Saturday. Within 5 minutes of pulling in, I already had a service associate checking me in. My car was brought back and the service was finished in less than a half hour - this is easily the fastest I have ever been in and out for a service appointment at any dealership! It was a beautiful day so I was thankful to Dan for allowing me to enjoy the weather rather than spend the afternoon sitting inside waiting at the dealership. Super Customer Service Experience! Amazing Staff

I went to IRA Toyota Manchester for my first service with my new used car. It was for tire rotation. I pulled into the garage that had several service stations - a great layout as I do not see this in many service centers at dealerships. Tyler and Michelle (a trainee) were working together at this station. Greeted me with a friendly welcome , very professional. Took time to ask me questions. I asked about how my warranty worked. They had all the data for questions I asked at their fingertips on tablet and provided all that I needed to know.They discovered on their walk around my car that my windshield wiper inserts needed to be replaced. I was happy they found that!. I waited for my car to be serviced in a very clean, colorful waiting room. The service was done earlier than expected. I got a text while sitting in waiting area updating me with status.They also went above and beyond had my car vacuumed and washed. They gave me report on my tires as well as an overview of next service and dates. I left delighted knowing that Tyler and Michelle really knew everything about my car. and could show me this on Tablet - very handy! I did not know Michelle was training she was really good with asking me questions, assessing needs with my car and capturing info. Tyler with his knowledge and experience at IRA made me feel very confident that my car would be well taken care of. I don't recall having this great of a service experience at dealerships in past. I made a point to speak with Service Manager to provide comments about this outstanding team focused on customer service and customer experience with all details They put sticker inside my car to let me know next date of service. World class service

I left there 10 years ago with my 2008 Highlander with 62,000 miles on her give or take a couple. Second time I returned was yesterday in 10 years! I cannot say enough about my experience yesterday! I was greeted by a driver to tell me that the service person would be there shortly from that point on I had the best experience I've ever had! Bryan The gentleman who checked my vehicle in was wonderful absolutely wonderful! I chose to go speak to a sales person unfortunately I do not have his name but he was the best listener took down everything I wanted in two vehicles I'm looking for treated me with such respect listen to me did not interrupt at any point. After I was done he asked me if I'd like to wait for him to do vehicle searches or for him to contact me when I pick up the vehicle . Upon returning to pick up the vehicle I was greeted by my 2008 highlander with 522,909 miles right in front of the bay next to the show room entrance on display for everybody to look at it she's in great shape she's been well taken care of and the only problem with her right now she needs a couple coils and wires she'll be back! My sales person came out looked at the vehicle Just take a picture of it with pride the mileage and the outside of the vehicle as I said this vehicle is pretty much almost excellent condition and just how you people treated me that's a world-class dealership and sales person! I can't wait for him to locate the vehicles I've asked for an return. When I called late on a Thursday afternoon with a truck breakdown I was resigned to the fact that I was probably looking at the following week before my truck would be repaired. Imagine my surprise when they told me it could be looked at the following day(Friday). Having already determined what the problem was by looking up the DTC, the potential cost was in the thousands. However, unknown to me , this particular problem was covered by the factory as an inherent problem so therefore there was no charge. They also went the extra mile by going through the vehicle and checking everything from the tires to the belt to all the fluid levels. First time in a long time that I left without one dime out of pocket. A very pleasant experience with outstanding service.

On The Road Emergency

Leaving an appointment, I started my Prius and is sounder like a tractor. Figuring the worst, I called Ira service and spoke to my service rep, John Oliver. He said bring it right down so we can look at it. I had been sitting in their waiting area for 5 minutes when John came in to tell me it was a heat shield that had come loose and they could have me out in less than 30 minutes at a "very reasonable" cost . So the battery died....

and got the car, Prius , jump started and the following morning , without an appointment brought it in. On a Saturday morning at 9am got right in. Turns out this was the original battery (almost 10 years old) It was replaced quickly and with a good price.Always appreciate their work.

This was by far the best car buying experience ever! We reached a mutually agreed upon price via email before I got to the showroom. I half expected some "hidden" add on's once I got there - or that they would not be able to honor the pricing for some reason. That never happened. I was in and out in an hour and a half and that included a 30 minute test drive! Best car buying experience. I can not say enough good about this purchase and the IRA team!

Fair deal, great salesman

I went into IRA with a prearranged deal in hand for a Toyota Highlander and all went well. The cars I wanted to choose from were off-site so we had to go for a short road trip to get to them. This gave me an opportunity for an extended test drive so that was well appreciated. When I finally made my decision the car was prepped, washed, filled with gas, and ready to go in a timely fashion. The finance part of the deal went smoothly as well, I did have prearranged financing so that helped. Regardless of that, I was in and out with the financial person with no hassle. I have never had a car serviced there so I can't comment on that. But considering the first two years of service are included in the price of the car (don't let them fool you, nothing is "free") I guess they have a captive audience at least.

It was a pleasure to work with Rommel Bradburn. I went to another dealership in Nashua, prior to Ira, and the sales manager tried to sell me something I was not interested in, after I specifically told him what I wanted. He tried to sell me a Rav 4, when I specifically told him I wanted a Camry, XSE. A friend recommended visiting Ira and speaking with Rommel. I met with Rommel and he found me the exact car I was looking for! Approval was quick and easy!! I highly recommend Ira Toyota and their sales team!!

Install a rear window switch that was on back order. Brandon provided excellent customer service, again. (Your follow-up customer service review with a minimum of 25 words is stupid. It's unlikely I will fill out another customer service survey from a company who is so lacking for praise that you require a 25-word minimum.) Do yourself a favor and fire the genius that prevents a customers response from processing because of a 25-word minimum requirement.

Service was above average, staff was friendly and helpful. Toyota should be ashamed for their lack of concern toward loyal customers. Defective shaft issue should have been a recall item. My 2004 Highlander Limited had the same shaft defect as my current 2012 Highlander Limited. This issue has been well known to Toyota for many years. What has Toyota done for its loyal customers regarding this shaft issue? THEY GAVE US THE SHAFT!!! A BILL FOR $700. This will be a definite consideration for my next vehicle purchase. 5 stars for Ira staff. 0 stars for Toyota.
