I liked the customer service better than Mgee Toyota. They don't treat the customer well, as if each employee is concerned about their own interests. At Canobe lake Park Toyota, you call the service line and no one answers, not even in Spanish or English.

Traded in my vehicle for another vehicle. The experience was not as pleasant. They lowballed my trade in and then were not clear and upfront. They want you to sign paperwork without going over it with you, as well as add optional items that you don’t need to “blindly” get you. They also overcommit with lack of communication. Overall was a middle experience, my previous Toyota dealership was more pleasurable. But I still do all my business here. Mo is a nice person though.

Amazing service! Was in and out really quick. The adviser was very knowledgeable and made me feel like I left my car in the right hands.

I usually go for typical maintenance for my Toyota. Today was okay. I requested a tire rotation. They "didn't see my text" reply to do the tire rotation, even though I requested it at the time she took my key and headed to the waiting area. This is a first for this location. Hopefully, it won't happen again, especially after 2 times requesting it. It took 1.5 hours to complete the oil change and change the air filter. With that amount of time, I actually thought my tires were rotated.

This was the worst service center I've ever been to. Seems like it was run very xxxx poorly. Call to put a complaint in and no one answered the phone three times. Drop the car off the night before I had to be worked on picked it up with trash in it rappers and they did not put the plastic shrouds back on where they worked to fix the issues. This was only dropped off for warranty work I'm glad I didn't have to pay anything for this poor service.

John Oliver, service representative, was extremely helpful. He spent time to help me enter my cell phone into my car and made sure I understood how to access it. He was so thorough and thoughtful. He explained everything that was needed for my car.
